RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Step 1: Start Your Return

You'll need the order number from your confirmation email and the email address or phone number you used to place the order.

Step 2: Pack Your Return

Put your pack and included items in the return bag provided. Do not ship back the box the packs come in. Smaller individual items may be returned using customer-provided packaging, as long as they are securely packaged and arrive in new condition.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Drop your return off at UPS or If you prefer to use a different carrier, use the label you got from them and ship to 640 Grand Ave Suite B Carlsbad, CA 92008

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the guidelines below.  If your return meets these guidelines, we'll cover the return shipping - we're that confident!

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All returned items must be brand new, unworn, and unused, with original tags attached.

Packaging Requirements

  • Packs and bundled items (including hats, journals, or other items included with the pack) must be returned together in the bag provided for returns.  Do not ship back the box the packs come in.
  • Smaller individual items may be returned using customer-provided packaging, as long as they are securely packaged and arrive in new condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item(s) are received and inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping

  • For your convenience, free returns labels are available during the return process.  We are so sure you'll love your purchase that we'll pay to ship it back if you don't.
